Lucy stopped eating Monday morning. She appears to have no other ailments out of the norm. I scheduled her a vet visit tomorrow at a new dr. We've been to a different dr. in Foster City, but the dr. isn't in tomorrow, so I had to go on a recommendation. I'm really missing our Alabama vet of 6 years. I'm scared for tomorrow

Sweet Lucy
Lucy stopped eating Monday morning. She appears to have no other ailments out of the norm. I scheduled her a vet visit tomorrow at a new dr. We've been to a different dr. in Foster City, but the dr. isn't in tomorrow, so I had to go on a recommendation. I'm really missing our Alabama vet of 6 years. I'm scared for tomorrow

ReplyDeleteThanks Barbara. We took her in yesterday and they prescribed a bland diet and blood work. She's eaten 1 can of food since then. she should be eating 4 cans a day.
ReplyDeletei got the tests results. There's a slight increase in a few liver enzymes. But I feel the dr. doesn't feel they're "that" elevated. Everything else came out fine. She suggested a chest ultrasound to look for bumps (lucius was screaming during the whole phone call, outside the door, so it was hard to get every detail). Blood count good. No temperature. No bathroom problems. No vomiting. It's hard to think she can be sick with all those things being okay. I'm waiting to hear what Trevor wants to do.
