improvement!

Lucy went to the dr. 2 days ago. Since then, she stopped having diarrhea and started turning her nose to the bland canned dog food and devouring her regular dog food. It's like someone waved a magic wand. By yesterday afternoon, it was like nothing had ever been wrong.
The Dr. called today and I expressed my joy. He then crushed it some. If it is Giardia, then it could show back up. She had a test for it and it turned up negative, but there's only a 30% chance that you will get it to show in a stool sample. So now we have to wait until her meds are gone and see if any symptoms reappear. If they do, he said we may be battling this for weeks. uggg....

In more happy news, Lucius counted to 3, unprompted, today. I was so incredibly proud of him. Of course I haven't been able to reproduce this.
