I go back to work a week from tomorrow. I can't believe he's already 11 weeks old. Time flew by. I have an array of feelings about returning to work. I'll save that for another post on a different day.
This week I began a routine. At 9pm I change, swaddle, and feed him. Then he goes to bed. Remarkably, he's fallen asleep every night and slept till 5 or 6:30 or even 7:30am! He's also been getting 2-3 naps a day, where previously he was lucky to have one nap. So I think we're onto something good that he likes. He seems happier too. I've been able to get more than one 10 minute playmat session. He lays on the activity mat and just smiles and coos up at the lights and various jungle animals. It's totally adorable and I(we) are smitten by everything he does. Life is good.

Glad to hear you guys are doing good and getting a routine down. Good luck back at work! Sadly, I'm not on IM much during this project. Maybe we can email instead?
