changes in lifestyle

My wonderful husband and I have always enjoyed watching TV and relaxing together. Maybe it's summer programming, or maybe it's the baby, but I feel I could do away with the TV right now. I'm sure Trev wouldn't disagree that I have been a lot more impatient with TV programming plots. I'd much rather read these baby books or decorate a nursery (yet to be determined "where" it is). I'm sure someone is going to suggest I'm nesting. But I thought nesting was when you start cleaning out the house of non-essentials and organized everything. I'm more in the mindset that I want to be useful and productive and not fill my mind with rubbish. Maybe that coincides with my "yay" or "nay" mentality lately. There's no in between.

If you ask me I think we're closer to staying in our current house. There's nothing out there that's worth moving into. But Trev is still trying to find something and I'm itching to start the nursery.

Baby is the size of a banana? Isn't that smaller than a cantaloupe? My dear friend Julie sent me a link to a free breastfeeding cover and I finally made it through on the website. http://www.uddercovers.com/ If you enter the code "Breastfeeding" the $32 cover is free and all you have to pay is the shipping and handling. The promotions ends tomorrow. I got the brown polk-a-dot one.

I hope everyone has a good weekend!

  1. I would say my nesting has a lot to do with this incredibly restless energy. I either clean, cook, or reorganize something constantly, mainly because that's my way of being productive. And it's a great idea to read all the baby books while you still have the time, energy, and at least two functional brain cells to help you retain the info. Nothing is worst than pathetically trying to skip to the chapter titled "How to Get Your Baby to Sleep" when you are operating on none yourself.

    P.S. Thanks for the link!
